Roulette games are considered in many forms but the American, European and French roulette are the most common of the park. A not so detailed definition of the three will suffice here to have you get a glimpse of what they actually entail.
The American Roulette
This game basically involves a ball being taken both clockwise and anticlockwise with a small wheel and the task of the player is to predetermine which number, between 0 and 37, if it is in the European roulette, or the numbers 38, for the American roulette, the ball will land on. As far as the American roulette is concerned, it has both a single zero just like its European counterpart and also a double zero which is not in the European roulette; thus making the number 38 and not 37 as the European game table.
The European Roulette
The beauty about this roulette is the fact that it has single zero, it gives better odds as compared to its American roulette counterpart. With a very small house edge of 2.70 as compared to the 5.26 of the American means that the game will be better performed and chances of winning are higher and therefore more lucrative.
The French Roulette
This is basically another term for the European roulette simply retaining the name of its origin. Why the term has been included here as opposed to putting it under the European title is to highlight that it is more fun to play the French roulette than the American and that the term roulette simply means small table; a French derivative.
